The hotel holds four Michelin stars across its dining venues. Epicure, a three-Michelin-star restaurant, has held its stars since 2009 and serves a tasting menu with an award-winning wine list. 114 Faubourg, a classic brasserie-style restaurant, has maintained its Michelin star since 2013. Both restaurants use regionally sourced ingredients and bread produced in-house from the hotel's own mill, from grain to hearth.

The hotel's 190 rooms and suites are among the largest in Paris. Each room is furnished with pieces from the Louis XV and Louis XVI eras and original artworks, paired with a contemporary palette of soft hues and noble interiors.
